SERVICES FOR SCHOOLS

WE UNDERSTAND INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS ARE UNIQUE

At Educator’s Ally, we understand that independent schools are uniquely different institutions. We take the time to get to know our schools’ cultures and programs so that we can make the best possible referrals for teachers and administrators. In order to appreciate what makes each school unique, we keep in close touch with our schools, visiting regularly, observing classes, and talking with administrators. Our administrators rely on us to make selective recommendations for teacher and administrator openings.

"I engaged Educator's Ally last winter to find a new Director of our Upper School. Lisa and Abby identified a strong pool of candidates with a range of backgrounds and experiences and guided us through the interview process, remaining flexible about ways to best meet our search team's needs. At the end of an efficient yet thorough process, we found not one but TWO terrific final candidates; I added a position to my leadership team and hired both of them! Now that they have joined the community, I realize how well our EA partners understood our school and the set of leadership qualities that would add the most to my team. They knew how important staying close to every stage of the hiring process was as a way of learning as much as possible about me as a first-year Head of School (in a pandemic), my goals, and the culture I want to nourish and cultivate over the next several years. Lisa and Abby were amazing to work with from start to finish."

WORKING WITH EA

EDUCATOR'S ALLY AND RIPPOWAM CISQUA

EA and Rippowam Cisqua have a long and positive history of partnership. In 1975, EA's founding offices were located on Rippowam's campus, and over the decades since EA has assisted in hundreds of searches for the school resulting in innumerable hires. We are grateful for the trust that distinguishes that relationship; it continues to guide us as we build new partnerships with schools across the country.

FIND THE RIGHT LEADERSHIP

START YOUR SEARCH

Time and time again, our schools thank us for the insightful connections we make in referring the candidates we do and for the care with which we approach their searches. Valuable time is saved on their end by not having to wade through the resumes of unqualified candidates and EA gains the satisfaction of seeing a great connection made.

I can't say enough about the work the EA team did to support Peck's retained search. Lisa, Abby, and Brett were exhaustive in their approach, diligently screened candidates, and offered hiring expertise at every stage of the search. On many occasions, I remarked at how fortunate we were to work with them and know our successful search is due in large part to their support, guidance, and leadership. I look forward to future searches collaborating with the EA team.
