Educator's Ally was founded in 1975 by Jane Burditt and Lucy Stanton, two innovative independent school educators committed to connecting exceptional teachers and administrators with independent schools. Today, EA remains true to its founders' mission, working with day and boarding schools across the country in support of their faculty and staff hiring.
