WHERE IS YOUR HAPPY PLACE?
My happy place is on an island, whether it’s somewhere in the Caribbean or closer to home on Martha’s Vineyard. I’m lucky to live near the water and spend time boating—it’s where I can truly disconnect and soak up the peace and tranquility. There’s nothing quite like that feeling of being surrounded by the ocean, with nothing but calm and open skies... until my 5-year-old decides it’s time for a snack!
WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE TEACHER AND WHY?
Mrs. Bartley, my third-grade teacher, will always be one of my favorite people. She gave me the confidence I needed back then. I can still picture her with her bright smile, red lipstick, and that ever-present mug of coffee in hand—fuel, I realize now as an adult, to keep up with all the kids! Her classroom was a place where I felt safe and understood. She also sparked my love of reading, sharing books that opened up new worlds for me. I hope she had the chance to make that same difference for other kids, too.
What Do You Love About EA?
What I love most about EA is the energy and sense of teamwork. Everyone’s so dedicated to connecting people with roles that really matter, and there’s a lot of heart in everything they do. They’re passionate, thoughtful, and luckily not too shy to reach out when tech questions pop up! It feels great to be part of a team that cares as much about people as they do about results.
BIO:
Crystal graduated with a BS in IT Management and has accumulated over 16 years of experience advising small to medium-sized businesses. A Microsoft Certified Advisor, she holds numerous Microsoft and vendor competencies, specializing in security, compliance, and high-level technical advising. A steadfast warrior for those less tech-savvy, Crystal cherishes her role as a trusted advisor. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys life in Massachusetts with her husband and son, finding joy in the simple pleasures of family time and the occasional digital detox.
